Chef Yutaro’s grandfather was a successful chef back in Japan.
In fact, he was appointed as executive chef at the Imperial Household Agency,
serving the Japanese Emperor and Empress. With such
a prestigious heritage,
we can safely assume Chef Yutaro has a discerning palate. Ebisu manager
Mr. Watanabe, who was also present at the interview,
said that he definitely
gives his seal of approval to quality of Chef Yutaro’s creations. As a
closing remark,
Chef Yutaro expressed his eagerness to use all
his energy and devote himself
to achieving higher culinary excellence. His goal is that his creations and
Ebisu gain even more acclaim from discerning diners.
