same location over a period of 35 years. From
here, I want to be able to carry out a business
that is always outstanding and never alter
its history,” says the owner. Hakata’s
business spans three generations within the
family boasting a customer base of regulars,
with a majority of employees on board over
10 years. In addition, many of the customers
know one another well, so the weekends prove
to be quite lively. |
