Other than the restaurant¡Çs most popular dishes (such as ¡ÈOh My God¡É and ¡ÈCrunchy Roll¡É), why don¡Çt you go ahead and try some of the following dishes recommended here?

AMY ROLL $15.80
The story behind this particular roll is that it originated from a customer¡Çs specific request. The light orange-colored salmon is beautifully dressed up in soybean paper, which is made with sesame seeds. Originally, the dish was made with tuna. The best part of this roll is that you can change the ingredients inside based on your personal preferences. The roll is also filled with crab and spicy octopus, thus adding a uniquely original flavor to the dish. In additional to that, the texture of the spicy octopus brings extra delight. This dish is served with eel sauce and a spicy sauce.
The rich flavor of spicy sauce comes from the mayonnaise and it being accompanied with slight spiciness is a delight. There is no doubt that this is a signature sauce at Hirosuke! The two different sauces combined produce a sweet and spicy delight, which in turn, draws out the best of the ingredients in the roll.
This dish wraps the regular spicy tuna roll with another layer of sliced tuna. That layer is then topped with an ultra thin slice of lemon and onions, which was added due to some influence from Mexican style foods. By slicing the lemon with its peel, the entire dish is thus given the complimentary taste of the lemon¡Çs tart flesh as well the slight bitterness of the peel. When the dish is topped with a sauce made from the combination of ponzu sauce, chili oil, and green onions, it emits a golden glow. The combination of chili oil and ponzu sauce may sound a bit odd at first, but these sauces¡Ç spiciness and aroma work together to bring the ¡Èdelicious¡É experience like no other.

LEMON ROLL $15.80
On top of that, the use of asparagus in the roll not only adds additional bright color to the dish but also serves to bring a wonderfully crunchy texture.
