Tofu Steak Nuggets

Ingredient
  • 1 (19 oz.) package House Tofu Steak Chili & Onion
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • Lemon and mustard for garnish
Instruction

    Makes Four Servings

  1. Cut Tofu into bite size pieces. Marinade Tofu in soy sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain excess soy sauce on paper towels.
  2. Toss in cornstarch, dip in beaten egg, and toss in shredded cheese. Shake off excess cheese.
  3. Melt butter in a medium pan. Saute Tofu about 3 minutes on both sides until tender. Garnish with lemon. Serve with mustard for dipping.
