When you pass through the traditional shop curtains of Mitsuyoshi, you are in a ¡Èsoothing space.¡É
For brightness and cleanliness, it gets high scores. But the most important thing to mention about
Mitsuyoshi restaurant is the excellent service that is always a step ahead. When you are about to order something, they already know what
you want before you say it. It is that kind of service. The heartfelt smiles and kind faces make the customer feel welcome. This is the prologue
that heightens your expectation of the meal to come.

When I ate the dishes that were served, I thought, ¡ÈThis is it!¡É For example, Chirashi sushi using abundant fresh seafood, for instance, is superb. Fluffy sushi rice is covered with the freshest choice seafood.
It truly is a seafood extravaganza! You may wonder what to eat first. But that is all a part of fun of eating chirashi sushi. You can alternate between something rich, like yellowtail, and something light, like shrimp. Or you can go crazy and put soy sauce all over and gobble it all up together. Either way, Mitsuyoshi¡Çs chirashi sushi never disappoints. The mackerel is also excellent with just the right amount of vinegar; it creates a firm feeling when you bite into it. The elegant texture of the sea eel makes it melt onto the tongue like magic. After I ate it, the delicious flavor lingered on my tongue.
Next, I had mackerel simmering in miso. I could feel from the touch of the chopsticks that the meat of the mackerel was firm. The miso sauce which tastes sweet and mellow mixed with the succulent mackerel juices, increasing my appetite. When eating the mackerel with this sauce, the only word I can use to describe it is ¡Èsheer happiness.¡É Everything impressed me. You can¡Çt help but continue eating rice. Then I tried the pickles. This is a very popular dish for Mitsuyoshi. Since they opened, they have never stopped serving pickled Chinese cabbage. Everyone loves the homemade taste. It is appropriate to call it ¡ÈMoist Fresh Chinese Cabbage.¡É This fresh Chinese cabbage expresses the owner¡Çs passion. It has an unforgettable taste that draws enthusiasts from outside the state. When you leave the restaurant, you can buy these pickles in Japanese markets such as Marukai or Nijia. I feel relieved to know that I can eat these pickles in my own home. Other items I would recommend are the free-range chicken karaage (deep-fried) or kabocha (Japanese pumpkin cooked in broth) from the a la carte menu. The combination plates which include two or three entrees, on the other hand, definitely satisfy your hunger. Last but not least, Mitsuyoshi offers excellent dessert items. Their crepes, for example, are extremely popular among female customers and children. So make sure you have some room left to try them yourself. |

Evaluating this restaurant, it has a perfect score.
If I compare it to baseball, it is like a player who has a good balance of defense and offense; the dishes are beautifully decorated,
the flavors are very subtle, the service is lavish, plus, when the customer leaves at the end of the meal, he is given a pleasant farewell with a warm smile.
In honest words, I cannot find any fault with this restaurant. Naturally I felt that I wanted to return soon. And next time,
my challenge is to try the desert which the staff recommended.
This time, everything was so tasty, I ate till I was full; there was no room left for dessert!
