MIZU 212 ° is strongly biased
towards using only the top grade quality of USDA
meat. The meat is cut as thinly like flowers, served
in abundant amounts, and is organically
raised, so the flavors of the Kombu kelp base soup
and the other organic ingredients
are very accentuated. There are two types of sauces
used, light and fresh tasting vinegar ponzu sauce,
and a thick, creamy sesame sauce, both secret company
recipes. The sweet and creamy taste of the sesame
sauce spreads throughout one’s mouth nicely.
MIZU 212 ° is a place
