Ingredient |
- 1 (14 oz) House Foods Premium or Organic Soft tofu, drained
- 1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown, slightly thawed
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp salt free seasoning blend
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups low fat sour cream
- 2 cups low fat cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Makes Four Servings
Preheat oven at 350F. Blend tofu, sour cream, and spices until very smooth. Stir in cheese and fold in potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
