| Tofu Steak Nuggets |

Ingredient |
- 1 (19 oz.) package House Tofu Steak
Chili & Onion
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Lemon and mustard for garnish

Makes Four Servings
- Cut Tofu into bite size pieces. Marinade Tofu
in soy sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain excess soy
sauce on paper towels.
- Toss in cornstarch, dip in beaten egg, and toss
in shredded cheese. Shake off excess cheese.
- Melt butter in a medium pan. Saute Tofu about
3 minutes on both sides until tender. Garnish with
lemon. Serve with mustard for dipping.
