Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredient
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments
  • 3 tbsp Marukan Lite Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 cups torn butter leaf or other leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Instruction
  1. Drain orange segments; reserve syrup.
  2. Combine vinegar, oil and 1 tbsp reserved syrup in shaker jar or small bowl.
  3. Combine lettuce, onion and orange segments in serving bowl..
  4. Blend oil and vinegar mixture; pour over lettuce.
  5. Toss to combine; serve immediately. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
