Potato & Salmon in Hokkaido Stew

Ingredient
  • 1 box House Hokkaido Stew Mix
  • 1 lb. salmon slices
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 stalk broccoli, cut into bite size
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • thyme white pepper
Instruction
  1. In a large pot, heat oil and cook onions, carrots and potatoes for 3-4 minutes. Add water and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat butter and pan-fry salmon slices. Add white wine and immediately cover with lid. Lower heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until salmon is cooked. Flavor with white pepper and thyme.
  3. Add House Hokkaido Stew Mix to the large pot from step1. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add salmon, broccoli and milk, and cook another 2-3 minutes and serve.
