| Potato & Salmon in Hokkaido Stew |

Ingredient |
- 1 box House Hokkaido Stew Mix
- 1 lb. salmon slices
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 stalk broccoli, cut into bite size
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- thyme white pepper

- In a large pot, heat oil and cook onions, carrots and potatoes for 3-4 minutes. Add water and cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat butter and pan-fry salmon slices. Add white wine and immediately cover with lid. Lower heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until salmon is cooked. Flavor with white pepper and thyme.
- Add House Hokkaido Stew Mix to the large pot from step1. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Add salmon, broccoli and milk, and cook another 2-3 minutes and serve.
