| Dinner
Box #3 $14.99
You will be amazed at the sheer amount of
food when you order Dinner Box #3. Chicken
teriyaki, beef teriyaki, shrimp tempura, sansai
(Japanese mountain vegetables) salad and lobster
salad almost overflow from the container.
All this plus rice and miso soup is enough
to satisfy anyone¡Çs appetite. Each item included
in the box is a creation made with elaborate
craftsmanship. The beef and chicken teriyaki,
for instance, are both made with homemade
teriyaki sauce, but slightly more pepper is
used for the chicken. |
|
|
A fine balance
of sweet teriyaki sauce and hot pepper fully brings
out the tasty flavor of the chicken. The tempura batter
is crispy yet the shrimp inside is surprisingly juicy
and luscious. And Sakura extravagantly uses fresh
lobster, which is alive until the day it is used,
for their lobster salad. And the light sansai salad
can be a very wonderful palate freshener. Satisfaction
in terms of both quality and quantity is guaranteed
at Sakura. |

Hawaiian
Style Poki $9.50
You will have your fill of fresh Bluefin tuna
by ordering Sakura¡Çs Hawaiian Style Poki.
Bluefin tuna is cut into bite size cubes each
morning for this dish. A homemade special
sauce is made with sesame seed oil, chili
oil, soy sauce, masago (smelt eggs), shichimi
(seven flavor chili pepper) and other secret
ingredients. The bluefin tuna cubes are quickly
rubbed with this sauce. The aromatic sesame
flavor is enhanced with shichimi, and the
spiciness adds a depth to this dish to bring
out full flavor of the fresh bluefin tuna.
Only the freshest and genuine bluefin tuna
can produce this wonderful flavor. |
|
|
Sakura
serves a generous pile of thick cubes of highest
quality bluefin tuna with this menu item.

like stealing! The Hawaiian Style Poki has
a very rich flavor and goes extremely well
with beer. You can taste the chef¡Çs unique
creativity in every bite.
Sakura refreshed
its menu and has just recently reopened after
extensive remodeling. Once you eat their wonderful
