find Steve, the original owner, behind the sushi bar. Insisting
on excellence, Steve makes sure that every flavor combines harmoniously
for a wonderful taste experience.
His partner, Gerard, brings with him decades of customer service and makes
sure that service is impeccable. You will see Gerard checking on each guest
to make sure their dining experience is the best.
Hearty portions and traditional flavors of original Japanese recipes create
